3. Pricing & Payments

We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders involving suspected fraud, payment issues, or material pricing errors. Any payments collected for canceled orders will be refunded.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, personal fragrance preferences, or used products.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs.

6. Candle Safety & Proper Use
For your safety and the best possible candle experience, please follow all safety instructions included with your purchase.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.
- Burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before each burn.
- Do not burn a candle for longer than 4 hours at a time.
- Discontinue use when approximately ½ inch of wax remains, or as otherwise directed by the product’s safety label.
- Never move a candle while the wax is hot or liquid.
Failure to follow candle safety instructions may increase the risk of fire, burns, or property damage.
